Meet Wizard, a charming 2-year-old Terrier mix with classic Texas ears weighing just under 15 pounds! This scruffy little guy was rescued from a high-kill shelter and has been showing everyone what a fun, quirky character he is. Terrier mixes like Wizard are known for their cleverness, spunk, and spirited personalities — and he’s no exception!

Wizard loves his foster humans, his toys, tasty treats, and sunny spots where he can stretch out and relax. He has the funniest way of running through the grass — leaping like a little antelope — and it’s sure to make you smile every time. He gets along well with foster brothers and sisters who respect his space, though he prefers not to share his treasures with pushier pups.

Wizard loves everyone he meets and does not shy away from letting his new human friends know that he wants as much love and cuddles as they can give. He is very affectionate and an absolute sweetheart!! With his medium energy level, he enjoys playtime and walks but is equally happy to curl up for a nap afterward.

Wizard is neutered, healthy, heartworm negative, and ready to find his forever home — one where he can be loved, understood, and allowed to show off his goofy, affectionate side. He is house trained, eager to please and will be an amazing addition to any family.
