Rip is a sweet and gentle pug-terrier mix with a calm, low-energy personality and the softest, most soulful eyes. At just under 30 pounds, he’s the perfect size for a cozy companion who wants nothing more than to feel safe, loved, and close to his people.

He can be a little shy and nervous at first, especially in new environments, but with patience and a quiet, comforting space, his affectionate and dainty nature truly begins to shine. Once he feels secure, Rip is incredibly loving and forms deep, gentle bonds with the people around him.

Rip gets along beautifully with cats, dogs, and kids, making him a wonderful addition to a peaceful, caring home. He’s both potty trained and kennel trained, and his easygoing nature makes him a low-maintenance, calming presence to have around.

With his low energy level, Rip is happiest in a relaxed environment where he can take things at his own pace - whether that’s lounging nearby, quietly exploring, or curling up for a nap. He doesn’t ask for much, just kindness, patience, and a place to belong.
