Come meet the Goose to your Maverick! This incredibly handsome 5-year-old boy is 71 pounds of personality, affection and fun - with a softer, calmer side that makes him an amazing companion once playtime is over.

Goose loves other dogs and is incredibly social. He’s happy running around and playing with his canine friends and can get along with almost any dog he meets. If you’re looking for a dog who could enjoy having a canine sibling or joining you for adventures with dog friends, Goose would be thrilled.

He is also great with kids and has been introduced to cats.

One of Goose’s absolute favourite things is water. This boy loves splashing and playing in it so much that his name couldn’t be more appropriate. Give him a summer day, some water and someone to play with and you’ve got one very happy Goose. 💦🐾

Despite his playful side, Goose isn’t nonstop chaos. He has a medium energy level and knows how to settle down after he’s had his fun. He loves long days of play followed by quiet evenings and snuggles with his people.

Goose is the kind of dog who could fit beautifully into family life. He’s social, playful, affectionate and loves being involved. At 5 years old, he’s also at such a great age - mature enough to have a calmer side while still having plenty of energy for adventures.

Goose is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. His 4DX snap test is scheduled. 

Sadly, Goose has already experienced the heartbreak of being returned after an adoption. Whatever circumstances brought him back, he deserves the opportunity to find a home where he can finally stay. He’s still the same happy, loving, social boy with so much to offer a family.
