Berry is a beautiful 2-year-old girl who seems to have all the ingredients of an amazing family dog - affectionate, gentle, social and always happiest when she’s surrounded by people she loves.

At approximately 46 pounds, Berry is a wonderful medium-sized companion with a great balance of playful energy and cuddle time. She has a medium energy level, so she’s ready to get outside, play and enjoy adventures, but she’s equally happy slowing things down and soaking up affection.

Berry is great with other dogs and genuinely enjoys their company. She’s also good with kids, and shelter staff say children absolutely light up her world. For a family looking for a social dog who wants to be part of everyday life, this girl has so much to offer.

She came into the shelter as an owner surrender, meaning this sweet girl has gone from having a home to suddenly finding herself starting over. Despite that enormous change, Berry continues to show just how affectionate and gentle she is.

Berry isn’t asking for anything complicated. She wants people to love, dog friends to play with, adventures to enjoy and a comfortable place to cuddle when the day is over.

She’s also absolutely gorgeous, with her warm brown-and-white colouring, beautiful eyes and sweet expression. But as lovely as she is on the outside, everything we’re hearing suggests her personality is even better.

Berry will be spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm negative.

At only 2 years old, Berry has so much life ahead of her. She deserves to spend it knowing she’s safe, wanted and finally home for good.
